The article is about how ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 won their court ruling which has therefore forced the TVCatchUp website to stop streaming more than 20 of their services. The London-based website; which uses the strapline "never miss a show again"; has been told it cannot stream the main ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 networks on its mobile TV services anymore. The European court of justice ruled that websites that retransmit live TV over the internet without permission from broadcasters are in breach of copyright.
